Should "Development Tools Overview and Requirements" emphasize sbuild over other builders?

I submitted a merge request to update the section on git-buildpackage:

and one of the points made is that sbuild is not the only possible builder and, in fact, is not even the default. Under the circumstances, then, should that page continue to explain “sbuild” while ignoring the other possible builders?
