Issue 1 - Should use eLxr as Base Container ? : The pipeline uses registry.gitlab.com/elxr/ci/pipeline/base:bookworm which is a Debian bookworm base image, not a native eLxr OS container, but using a debain base container affect test results less than the issue 2
Issue 2 - Mixed Repository Sources: The container defaults to using Debian repositories as primary sources while only using eLxr repositories for some dependencies. These issues affect piuparts and other test suites, causing validation against a hybrid Debian/eLxr environment instead of pure eLxr OS.
