Hello team, I’d like to report a minor filesystem inconsistency on the Edge arm64 platform. After booting up, I noticed a directory named ‘debain’ inside the “/EFI" partition, I recommend we standardize this by renaming the directory to /efi/elxr, Any thoughts?
Hello @haitaolau,
Thanks for your input.
In general, if this is from eLxr specific code, for example from one of the manifests or overlays defined in elxr-config, your suggestion would best be described in an issue or merge request.
If the debian path naming comes from an existing Debian package that we mirror into the eLxr repositories and use for the creation of the image, I think in general we do not patch packages just because of a naming change.
In the end we are a Debian derivative and in that sense the debian reference in itself is fine and accepted.
Since I didn’t directly get it from the initial description, could you describe which image you were testing with?
