Confusion on bianca page, "Release Updates by Release Version"

Here:

there is one obvious error with the line reading:

Debian 13 “Bookworm”

which is easy enough to fix, but it’s the heading above that that is confusing:

“eLxr 26.04 Edge and Server, Bianca 13.3”

What is that trailing “13.3” supposed to represent? The underlying Debian release? Something else?
