Bianca is now live on the community mirror and ready to use

Debian Trixie is now mirrored on the community mirror under the name Bianca, it is the name of the eLxr 13 distro: **https://mirror.elxr.dev/elxr/dists/index.html**

  • bianca

  • bianca-updates

  • bianca-security

  • bianca-backports

Updates and security are meant to follow Debian closely, so you should see fixes and regular churn there over time, much like you would on a normal Debian setup that has updates and security enabled. Backports exists as a separate component, but it is empty right now and will only start to see packages when there is a clear need for them.

The package list for the base bianca component is here: The list will grow overtime as new packages are added.

At the moment, the package lists for bianca-updates and bianca-security are just symlinks to this same list. That means they share the same set of supported packages, and only the versions differ as updates and security fixes land.

If you are testing Bianca, you can point your systems at the mirror and keep an eye on how updates and security behave under your normal workload. If anything looks off, missing, or if you run into errors with the mirror, please shout in this thread with logs or short repro steps so it can be fixed quickly.
