Add QCOW2 Image Option for Faster ELXR Deployment and Testing

Hello team,

Do we have any plans to support the qcow2 format for ELXR? I noticed that Fedora provides qcow2 images for Fedora Server (both AMD and ARM), as well as for DVD and network installations. The qcow2 image is very convenient.

For new users or customers who just want to quickly try out ELXR, qcow2 would provide a simple and fast way to get started. DVD and network installations are quite slow and can take around 30 minutes to complete from ISO.

For our own use, having a qcow2 image would also make it easier to perform quick tests without needing to go through a full installation each time we need to run special tests.

Yes, the qcow2 format is supported by eLxr.

elxr.org/downloads lists an example under Current eLxr Cloud version 12 for Intel x86 (12.11.0.0): downloads.elxr.dev/elxr-cloud-12.11.0.0-amd64.qcow2
